Our site has a full e-commerce facility secured by Protx to bring you peace of mind when making your purchase.

All orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday - Friday), will be dispatched to you same day, subject to stock availability. We maintain a large amount of stock but due to demand there may be times when we cannot supply the product you require. At that point we will contact you to discuss an alternative.

Orders will be sent via our selected carrier, normally on a 24 hour service (excluding weekends). Any one wishing to arrange a special timed delivery or a Saturday delivery, can contact us to arrange this. 

If any products we have dispatched arrive damaged, a full refund or replacement is available upon return of the damaged item(s) to us. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 working days. We will accept returns and give full refunds only in circumstances where the products have not been tampered with or opened. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
